Refund & Exchange Policy

When ordering from this web-boutique you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to avoid disappointment.

IF THE GOODS ARE FAULTY;

All garments and goods are carefully checked before we send them out to you.
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item please email linda@divascandinavia.com.au immediately.
Please provide as much detail as possible regarding the fault.
Items that are considered faulty are those that are received in a damaged condition. Wear and tear to a product is not a sign that the item is faulty.
Where possible, faulty goods will be repaired before they are replaced or credited.
Credit accounts will be credited when the return is processed.
Once your return request has been accepted, you will be quoted a return authorization number (RAN). Please quote your ‘RAN’ on your parcel. Once the item has arrived back with us it will be inspected by Diva Scandinavia and if deemed faulty a full refund will be provided (this include any postage).

RETURNS;

In the event that you receive an item that is unsatisfactory, please return within 7 days of receipt as recorded with Australia Post or relevant courier to receive an online store voucher.
We Do Not offer refunds on returned items (unless deemed faulty) But we are happy to work with you to for a satisfactory outcome should your item not be as you expected, the size is wrong for you or you have simply changed your mind.
For any returns we are happy to provide you with an online store voucher
valid for 6 months. Other arrangements can only be made by agreement with the store owner Linda Savolainen.

Gift cards and gift boxes cannot be returned or refunded. We do not accept returns on earrings or undergarments (bras/underwear/swimwear) for sanitary reasons.
All returns will undergo a rigorous quality control check to ensure the product has not been worn, altered or washed and that all tags are still in place.
Diva Scandinavia reserves the right to refuse the return of a garment if there is any indication that the garment has been worn, washed or dry-cleaned, or is damaged in any way. Items smelling of deodorant/perfume or have soiling due to tanning/make up marks etc will not be accepted. Please include the original packing slip and return paperwork along with the reason for the return clearly noted.
Please keep a photocopy for your own records.

Special orders and sale items may not be returned at any time. Returns shipped more than 7 days after receipt of original order will not be accepted. Delivery and postage costs cannot be refunded nor is Diva responsible for the freight cost involved in returning the item to us, except where the goods are deemed faulty in which case Diva Scandinavia will refund any postage cost.

RETURN PROCEDURE;

Goods can be returned to Diva Scandinavia within 7 days of receipt without prior notice but if you’re in doubt, Please contact us first. For your convenience, Diva Scandinavia provides a personalised returns form that can be found along with your delivery packing slip.
Simply complete this form and return along with the original delivery packing slip and goods to the address below.
If you no longer have your personalised returns form, please download & print the following form. This requires a PDF reader such as Adobe Reader.

Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to us.
Diva Scandinavia will not issue an online store voucher on item/s that are not received or are lost in transit. We therefor recommend returning items through traceable mail.
The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable.

EXCHANGE;

If you require a replacement size, colour or alternative item/s, you are required to place a new order. Your initial purchase will be processed once received and an online store credit issued.

SALE & PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS;

Under Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement on final sale items if you change your mind so please choose carefully. This includes a change of mind with regards to colour, size and fit.
You can choose a refund or exchange if a final sale item has a major problem.
This is when the item:
• has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it (Please note that this does not include change of mind with regards to size, colour or fit)
• doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
• is significantly different from the sample or description
• is unsafe
